We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your bank or credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill you directly and seek payment by another method.

We reserve the right to accept or deny shipment to anyone for any reason. In the event we deny your order, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled — whichever comes first. Once an order has been marked as fulfilled and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and our standard Return Policy applies. SECTION 9 – SHIPPING Layla Nails ships to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Ireland. Please visit our Website for additional information regarding order processing, handling times, shipping times, and couriers used by Layla Nails.

Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. We are not responsible for late or missing shipments if you enter incorrect shipping address information. If you discover a mistake with your order after submission, or wish to cancel before it has been shipped, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible by emailing: info@laylanails.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order once it has been placed.

SECTION 10 – DELIVERY CONFIRMATION Because many instances may occur at your delivery address that are beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery, even without a signature.

After the fulfilment team receives your return, it generally takes 1–2 business days to process your refund. Once processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
