  • Once approved, package your return securely using the original packaging

Refund Process Once we receive your return:

  • Quality check completed within 48 hours
  • Refund processed to original payment method within 3–5 business days
  • Bank processing time: 5–10 additional business days
  • Confirmation email sent once refund is issued

Refund Includes:

  • Full product price
  • Original shipping cost (if return is due to our error)

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, worn or used products cannot be returned. We only accept returns on items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.
